Citizen engagement and audience development is a focus area for both performing artists and regional scenes. Without the audience, the theater is nothing - how can the theater extend its reach and reach new audiences and people? What role does the citizen really play in relation to the theater of the future, and what role should the theater have in relation to the citizen? The panel will discuss this with the audience and make some suggestions.
The panel consists of the following guests: Tine Voss Ilum – dramaturg at Aarhus Teater Ida Krøgholt – Lector at institut for Kultur og kommunikation // dramaturgi Mette Obling – Lector at theatre and performance studies Anne Zacho Søgaard – Director Thomas Corneliussen – Director Moderator – Kristoffer Spender - Dramaturg
